Soft tissue biopsy needle by aspiration with "menghini" tip
EasyCut is a disposable device for soft tissue biopsies such as liver, lymph node, thyroid, and kidney.
The needle features a pyramidal-tipped stylet, "Menghini" tip, and atraumatic sharpened cannula made with AISI 304 steel. The device is equipped with a special vacuum activation system triggered by a button on the syringe, allowing the device to be operated with one hand only.
The sliding stopper on the cannula allows the user to easily fix the insertion depth. Echogenic markers enhance ultrasound visibility, and a rotating luer lock ensures secure syringe attachment without vacuum pressure loss. Transmission of vacuum from the syringe to the needle tip is the fastest on the market.
The device is also equipped with an inner stylet that eases device penetration without skin incision. Optionally, the NeedleVise® safety device can be added using reference code PCORxxyy
