Chiba sharpened needle with Wescott style cannula used for cyto-histological biopsy of fibrous lesions
Wescott is a needle designed for cyto-histological biopsy of tumorous and fibrous lesions. It is provided with a Chiba tip made with AISI 304 steel and a lateral window that allows for efficient cutting and aspiration of tumorous masses.

Internal echogenic markers on the tip enable correct placement of the needle under ultrasound guidance. Centimeter markings and a sliding stopper on the cannula surface allow for easy determination of insertion depth. The stylet hub is color-coded for easy identification of gauge size.
