FastCut P is a tru-cut disposable soft tissue biopsy needle made for use exclusively with Angyotech's Pro-Mag 2.5™ automatic gun.
The device is equipped with an AISI 304 stainless steel cannula with "Menghini" sharpened tip. Centimeter markings on the cannula surface allow for easy determination of insertion depth.
The stylet has a bioptic tip to easily penetrate fibrous tissues, and also features a 19 mm specimen notch for sample capture. An echogenic marker on the cannula enhances visibility under ultrasound. Color coding of the needle pawls indicates the guage of the needle.
The set includes a spacer with side entry to facilitate needle placement into the automatic gun system. FastCut P is suitable for stereotactic procedures.
Optionally, the device can be provided with a coaxial introducer needle to perform multiple procedures using reference code: MGPCxxyy.

FastCut E is a tru-cut disposable biopsy needle designed for use exclusively with Angiotech's Pro-Mag 2.2™ gun.
The device is equipped with an AISI 304 stainless steel cannula and a "menghini" sharpened tip that allows for atraumatic, precise cutting. Centimeter markings on the cannula surface allow for easy determination of insertion depth and an echogenic marker allows for visibility under ultrasound.
The stylet has a bioptic tip to easily penetrate fibrous tissues and a 20 mm specimen notch for sample excision. The set includes a spacer with side entry to facilitate needle positioning into the automatic gun system. Color coding of the needle pawls indicates the guage of the needle.
Optionally, the device can be provided with a coaxial introducer needle to perform multiple procedures using reference code: VECxxyy (not CE marked).
